Qualifications

• Experience of database and workflow management applications.
• Experience of modern pension administration systems including UPM2 and calculation development.
• Proficient with Microsoft SQL.
• Experience with either JavaScript, C++, or C#.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the design and development of the UPM system calculations.
• Decide the priority and timing of calculation improvement priorities.
• Determine requirements, scope and specification of calculation changes.
• Deliver the continuous program of calculation development.
• Manage testing and implementation of system upgrades and software releases.
• Redesign and provide the technical specifications for benefit calculations.
• Manage system changes associated with amendments to member records.
• Ensure calculation capabilities are compliant with the Board’s needs.
