Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale Power Platform projects.
• Proven data modelling and ALM experience.
• Ability to work autonomously and own development activities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development, configuration, and integration of the solution in accordance with the Solution Design Document (SDD).
• Translate approved business requirements into scalable functionality, workflows, data models, interfaces, and reporting.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end development activity, ensuring a hands-on approach throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Business Architect and key stakeholders to deliver the approved roadmap and accelerate development.
• Maintain adherence to governance requirements and establish a scalable, maintainable solution that mitigates dependency on any single resource.
• Rapidly assess the current state of the application, provide technical leadership, and drive development activities through implementation.
