WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Systems Consultant to support our Intelligent Infrastructure Systems capability. This role involves systems engineering consultancy for complex projects in the UK and beyond.

You will lead the delivery of high-impact programmes for transport clients, emphasizing the development of strategic advice and technical specifications. A degree in engineering and experience in relevant industries are essential.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• Domain knowledge in a relevant industry, such as transportation, operational technology, business IT, software or engineering consultancy.
• Experience applying systems thinking and assurance practices, such as requirements management, hazard analysis, verification and validation.
• Experience leading systems assurance activities on sizeable projects and programmes, including client-facing delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency against the INCOSE Systems Engineering Competency Framework.
• A passion for future technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems engineering and assurance consultancy to complex control room environments.
• Lead strategic advice, technical specifications, solution architecture, and test assurance.
• Articulate systems engineering benefits to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
