Qualifications

• Degree qualified in engineering or related field with the ability to obtain UK SC clearance.
• Extensive experience in senior engineering, systems architecture or product development within a complex technology environment.
• Proven expertise in architecting, developing and managing complex systems across the product lifecycle.
• Experience delivering technical roadmaps that align technology with business objectives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across senior levels.
• Demonstrated leadership capability to guide cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Weapon System architectures, including operation concepts, interfaces, and system‑level design to meet requirements.
• Develop innovative technical solutions for complex Weapon Systems within bid/program constraints.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across the lifecycle to ensure compliance and quality.
• Act as principal technical interface for customers, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and apply domain expertise in Weapon Systems and related sub‑systems to enhance capability.
• Support Design Authority activities and communicate solutions using architecture tools and methodologies.
