Job summary

Greenjets Limited seeks a Principal Systems Architect & Technical Lead to shape system architectures across propulsion, avionics and mission systems. You will translate customer needs into concrete engineering requirements and oversee verification plans from early design to customer acceptance.

You will lead a team of engineers, drive cross-disciplinary collaboration, and ensure rigorous, deliverable-focused engineering without slowing development.

Qualifications

• Substantial systems engineering experience in aerospace, defence or other safety-/mission-critical fields.
• Experience leading system architecture, requirements and verification on complex programs.
• Strong judgement on interfaces, trade-offs, change control and evidence for acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Own system architectures, requirements and interfaces across multidisciplinary programs.
• Turn customer and standards requirements into practical engineering and verification plans.
• Lead verification and validation strategy, defining acceptance criteria and evidence.
