Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a global legal firm to recruit a Senior Systems Support Administrator to join their Business Services function.

The Job

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and technically minded Systems Support Administrator to provide global operational support for the firm's room and desk booking technology. As the subject matter expert, the role holder will work closely with the Business Services Project Manager and the Business Services Systems Officers, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business. This role requires an individual who can understand client requirements, provide effective system support, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver a first-class service to internal stakeholders.

The Role
  • Provide global operational support for the firm's room and desk booking system
  • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for the platform.
  • Work closely with Business Services, IT, suppliers, and legal practice groups.
  • Support major projects including the London office move and NYC office rollout.
  • Coordinate teams responsible for cross-functional deliverables.
  • Deliver change management support and training on new system features.
  • Manage regular system upgrades, including testing, updating test scripts, and communicating improvements.
  • Log and escalte system defects to suppliers and recommend solutions to technical issues.
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure maximum value is derived from the system.
  • Represent the project team in internal and external meetings.
The Person
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Customer-oriented, with the ability to anticipate and understand client needs
  • Able to manage demanding clients and handle high volumes of requests
  • Experience with room and desk booking systems is desirable
