Job summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust in Erith is seeking a Highly Specialist Systemic Psychotherapist (Family Therapist) to join our Adult Community Mental Health Services. The role is Band 8a and part-time at 22.5 hours per week, with a permanent contract.

You will hold a Masters or Doctorate in Systemic Psychotherapy, be UKCP registered, and bring experience supervising family therapy clinics. You will work across Erith and Bexleyheath centres, collaborating with MDTs and contribute to service

Qualifications

• Masters qualification in Systemic Psychotherapy.
• Current UKCP Registration.
• Willingness to train in Systemic Supervision.
• Experience supervising family therapy clinics.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and families, offering evidence-based systemic interventions.
• Liaise with MDTs and external services as part of care planning.
• Provide clinical supervision to the Family Consultation Service.
• Offer specialist systemic assessment and therapy to families.
• Provide consultation on assessments and treatment to teams and agencies.
• Contribute to research and service development in Adult Mental Health.
