Qualifications

• Fully qualified in systemic family therapy with post-qualification experience in the NHS.
• Experience working with families with significant mental health problems.
• Registered with the UKCP via the Association of Family Therapy and Systemic Practice.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the provision of evidence-based treatment for children.
• Lead specialist family therapy clinics across the county.
• Provide consultation and training to other professionals within CAMHS.

Skills

Good working knowledge of mental health issues

Ability to communicate clearly in English

Good listening and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently

Education

Postgraduate qualifications and family therapy at doctorate level

UKCP registration as Systemic Family Psychotherapist

Member of the Association of Family Therapists
