Job summary

A leading healthcare organization is looking for an experienced Lead Systemic Family Psychotherapist to join their family therapy service in Kidderminster. The ideal candidate will contribute to the evidence-based treatment of children with mental health difficulties and lead family therapy clinics. Qualifications

  • Fully qualified in systemic family therapy with post‑qualification experience in an NHS setting.
  • Registration with the UKCP via the Association of Family Therapy and Systemic Practice required.
  • Desirable to have qualification in systemic supervision recognised by AFT.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the provision of evidence‑based treatment of children with mental health difficulties.
  • Develop innovative systemic approaches to improve outcomes for young people and families.
  • Lead specialist family therapy clinics across the county.

Education

Postgraduate qualifications and family therapy at doctorate level
UKCP registration as Systemic Family Psychotherapist
