• IEMA Certificate in Environmental Management or equivalent.
• Prince project management certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Evidence of successful management of a green sustainability programme in a large complex organisation
• Experience of leading and working across multiple organisations to deliver a joint programme
• A proven track record of delivering outcomes through leading, influencing, motivating, managing and empowering multi-disciplinary teams and across professional boundaries
• Experience of effective planning, project management processes and progress reporting
• Experience of developing partnership working with third-party organisations to mutual benefit
• Experience delivering successful environmental behaviour change marketing exercises
• Experience of carbon footprint reporting
• Evidence of effective people management and development of staff

Desirable criteria

• Experience of working in the NHS or healthcare sector
