Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Surveyor for a hybrid role in Cambridgeshire. The ideal candidate will have significant Local Authority Procurement experience and MTC contract skills, with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in construction procurement. The position involves working closely with stakeholders and entails a contract length of 4 to 5 months.

Job description

• Senior Surveyor /Contract Procurement (Building Services and Maintenance)
• Pay rate is negotiable ( 30 to 45.00 ph )
• Cambridgeshire (Hybrid role)
• We are looking for a Surveyor who has Local Authority Procurement experience and MTC contract skills who can work at a Senior level with Stakeholders!
• Local Authority experience, at least 5 years Post Qualification experience in construction procurement, experience in working with framework providers, RICS or CIOB qualification, experience in specification writing and analysis of tenders and financial awareness.
• Length of Contract : 4/5 months.
