Job summary

Centrick, a leading residential property expert, invites applications for a Valuation professional. You will perform residential and commercial valuations across the Midlands, with occasional travel to other areas, and support client relationships through accurate reporting.

MRICS qualification is essential. You will liaise with Valuation Directors, prepare detailed valuation reports, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on delivering high-quality service to clients and communities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out valuations across residential and commercial sectors with Midlands focus; occasional travel.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

• As a Valuation professional, you will carry out a range of valuations, spanning residential and commercial sectors across the Midlands with occasional travel to other areas.
• Participating in site inspections, you will apply your expertise and local property market knowledge to measure sites and buildings accurately.
• You will also compile property information, create comprehensive valuation reports and collaborate with Valuation Directors to nurture client relationships.
• You will review occupational leases and evaluate their impact on property value.

What You Need to Succeed

• An MRICS-qualified surveyor with an in-depth understanding of the various property markets across the Midlands.
• Highly numerate individual with great attention to detail and report writing skills, you’ll thrive working as part of a team as well as independently and will have first-class organisational and time management skills.
• A proficient IT user with excellent written and verbal communication skills who has a full, valid driving licence and access to their own car.
