A progressive housing provider is seeking an experienced Senior Surveyor in Eastleigh. This role is focused on maintaining high-quality standards in social housing, involving property inspections, project management, and direct customer engagement. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Surveyor to join our team playing a key role in maintaining and improving the homes and communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional with a strong background in social housing to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
As a Senior Surveyor you'll take ownership of a varied and rewarding workload including property inspections, project management and contractor supervision. You'll make sure our customers' wellbeing remains at the heart of everything we do and they continue to receive a service second to none – it's our priority that they're supported throughout their tenancy and their homes remain safe, well‑maintained, meet regulatory standards and managed to the highest standard.
You'll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with customers, sometimes managing difficult conversations and using your excellent people skills to resolve any issues relating to their tenancy. It's essential that you possess Chartered status (MRICS) and a degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
You'll be joining a supportive, collaborative team where your expertise is valued and your voice is heard. We're looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, a proactive mindset and a genuine passion for delivering high‑quality housing services.
