A charitable organization located in Margate is seeking a Team Leader to support individuals with complex disabilities. You will empower residents to live independently, provide tailored care, and mentor staff. Ideal candidates have a caring attitude and experience with BSL is desirable. This permanent role offers a salary of £25,370 for a 37.5-hour work week and includes excellent training opportunities and support.

We have a fantastic opportunity at our CQC outstanding service in Margate, as we look for our next Team Leader! This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week, Sense are offering £25,370 per annum.

Our service is home to 4 very characterful individuals with very different personalities. We believe first and foremost that this is their home we just happen to work in it, and it should feel homely and comfortable. We are looking for someone with a can‑do attitude and a great problem solver able to coach members of the team.

You will also require to hold a Full UK driving licence to provide transport for individuals at the service.
Sense support our staff to gain skills and qualifications and experience – such as we take part annually in a Mentoring scheme with 11 other charities – this is addition to providing all staff with a great induction, and plenty of training.
