Shaw healthcare is recruiting a Part time Senior Support Worker at Orchard House in Withington. This 24-hour-per-week role offers £13.92 per hour and a Real Living Wage employer.

You will work with the team to provide high-quality care to residents, build relationships with service users and families, and support daily living activities. You should be friendly, compassionate and patient, with experience in residential care and ideally QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Qualifications

• Experience of working with older people in residential care.
• Flexible, patient, caring and well-organised with good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents in Orchard House.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
• Maintain and update care plans and records as required.
• Follow care policies and participate in training and development.
