Qualifications

• Experience in care for adults with learning disabilities.
• Ability to oversee delivery of care and support.
• Excellent time management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of care and support within the home.
• Assist the manager in the day-to-day running of services.
• Lead a team delivering a person-centred service.

Skills

Experience in Care and Support of Adults with Learning Disabilities

Experience in person centred planning and risk assessment

QCF Level 3 or NVQ 3 or willingness to work towards a relevant care qualification

Knowledge of current legislation

Excellent leadership skills

Effective communicator
