Job summary

FitzRoy are recruiting a Senior Support Worker for our service based in Teddington. You will support adults with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities, helping them live independent, fulfilling lives in a friendly team.

Role involves coordinating care tasks, acting as a senior contact when the Manager is away, and collaborating with staff, professionals, and the local community to meet objectives in line with FitzRoy values.

Qualifications

• Experience in health/social care settings is a plus.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support independence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks to provide high standards of personalised care.
• Be the senior contact for the team in the absence of the Manager.
• Work with internal/external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Guide and develop the team to support residents' active community lives.
• Contribute to open information, communication and constructive feedback.
