A compassionate support organization in Taunton is seeking a Senior Support Worker to assist Tommy and his team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with individuals with a history of substance misuse and knowledge of autism, complemented by a resilient and flexible approach. Essential for this job: Experience of working with people who have a history of substance misuse, and some knowledge of Autism would be beneficial.
Tommy has a team of people working with him currently, but he needs a Senior Support Worker to assist the team leader and the team when necessary. Someone who can be a leader when called upon.
You might already have leadership experience or be looking to develop your skills. Wherever you are in your career, we need someone who will show resilience.

Your role requires flexibility. You will receive team‑specific training and must develop a positive relationship with Tommy. You will build trust and excel once settled.
