Overview

Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our supported living service in Wrexham. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people. As a Senior Support Worker with us you’ll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with the day‑to‑day supervision and management of the service. You could be allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting with supervision, ordering medication and ensuring the people we support are able to manage their finances. You’ll never lose sight of why you choose to do this, as our Seniors are still at the heart of providing day‑to‑day support.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behavioral distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories, and people who have experienced trauma
