Qualifications

West Cross - Senior Support Worker

Location: West Cross, Swansea
Hourly rate: £12.80‑£13.70 | Full time, 40.25 hours/week

Are you ready for a rewarding role where every day you make a real difference? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at West Cross, supporting young people with complex needs associated with autism.

In this role, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of the home, helping to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive. You'll act as a positive role model for both staff and young people, encouraging independence, building confidence, and celebrating achievements along the way.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support our staff team to deliver excellent care

  • Support transport to and from school, appointments, and activities
