Job summary

A large care organization in Taunton is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker. This full-time role requires at least 12 months of relevant experience and a Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People. The successful candidate will support children and young people with complex needs, promoting their well-being and helping them lead happy, healthy lives. Competitive pay starts at £13.60 per hour, with additional sleep-in allowances available.

Senior Residential Support Worker

Taunton

SALARY: £13.60 - £14.20 per hour / £27,580 - £28,797 per annum Plus sleep-in allowance, £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep-ins per month, £3,000-£6,000 pa)

Full Time hours - 39 Per Week
