We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our Hampshire team, helping to oversee and deliver high-quality support at our Service in Southampton. You will report into the Registered and Deputy Manager, splitting your time between hands-on support and leadership/administrative tasks to ensure our service runs smoothly. This is a varied and rewarding role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact. About the people you'll be supporting:You will be supporting our individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person has unique needs, preferences, and routines. Some enjoy active community days out, others prefer quieter home-based activities. Your role will be to help them live safe, happy, and meaningful lives, whilst ensuring their care is consistent, person-centred, and of the highest quality. Where you'll be working:You'll be working at our Service in Southampton. This is a full-time role where your week will split between providing direct support on shift and also completing leadership and administrative tasks."
