A charitable organization in the UK seeks a compassionate Senior Support Worker to provide tailored support for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs. You'll lead teams, supervise staff, and maintain quality support while ensuring safeguarding and wellbeing. Candidates must have supervisory experience, an NVQ Level 2/3 in Care or willingness to achieve it, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights. Salary: £13.65 per hour (plus excellent benefits)
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

As a Lead Senior Support Worker, you’ll be pivotal in supporting individuals with daily living, safeguarding their wellbeing, and helping them achieve their aspirations. You’ll also take on senior responsibilities, including leading teams, supervising staff, and ensuring quality support services.
Please note that this role will involve elements of evening, weekend and bank holiday work. The successful applicant will also be subject to an enhanced DBS check the cost of which to be met by United Response.
