A dedicated care provider in Morton is seeking a compassionate Senior Support Worker to lead and support a care team. This role involves engaging with residents, reviewing care plans, and ensuring high-quality support is provided to individuals with various disabilities. Ideal candidates should be patient, respectful, and willing to make a difference in the lives of residents, with full training provided. Competitive hourly rates from £13.30 to £14.33 are offered along with great work-life balance and additional benefits.
Thisrole will be based at StOggs, in the Morton area of Lincolnshire. The home has been specially designed to cater tothe everyneed of 21 residents, living with a range of learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health conditions, and as such require dignified support from our caring team. It is essential that candidates for this role are therefore patient, understanding and respectful of our resident’s individual abilities.

To be successful within this role, you will have a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference for our residents. Though prior experience as a Support worker or Care Assistant is desirable, this is not essential as full training is provided. Typically, our residents live with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and physical disabilities that require dignified support from our care team. It is essential that candidates for this role are therefore patient, understanding and respectful of our resident’s individual abilities.
