Senior Support Worker – Middlesbrough – £13.22 per hour

Full time – 37.5 hours per week

Typical shifts: Mixed shifts – 8am-3pm / 3pm-10pm / 3pm-9pm / 8am-10pm / 10pm-8am

About the role

Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our management teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join us in leading our residential service in Middlesbrough. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

Responsibilities

As a Senior Support Worker with us you’ll help people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst assisting the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service. This includes allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting supervision, ordering medication, and ensuring the people we support can manage their finances.

Qualifications
