Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, person-centred support plans promoting health, wellbeing and diversity while ensuring safety compliance.
• Implement activity plans that foster autonomy and new experiences, seeking individuals' views.
• Assist with financial planning, medication self-administration, and regular health reviews in line with the Mental Capacity Act.
• Adapt environments to individual needs and follow Health and Safety policies.
• Lead induction, supervision and training to support staff and ensure person-centred schedules.
• Deliver high-quality care within Salutem's Quality Assurance framework and manage incidents per policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, person-centred support plans that promote health, wellbeing, relationships, and diversity, while ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
• Implement robust activity plans that encourage autonomy, new experiences, and flexibility, regularly engaging with individuals to seek their views.
• Support individuals in financial planning, medication self-administration, and regular health reviews, adhering to the Mental Capacity Act principles.
• Tailor the environment to meet individual needs, ensuring Health and Safety policies, including Fire Safety, are followed.
• Recruit and manage staff through robust induction, supervision, and training processes, ensuring person-centred schedules and personal development plans.
• Deliver outstanding care and support by adhering to Salutem's Quality Assurance framework, embodying core values, and managing incidents according to policies.
