A leading healthcare provider in Epsom seeks a dedicated support worker to assist individuals with learning disabilities in a day service environment. This full-time position requires someone with NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and experience in advocating for clients' needs. My Time Epsom is a large successful Day Service Department that supports people with a learning disability to participate in social activities of their choice in a safe and person centred way. The service has a large supportive staff team and puts the people they support first. The post advertised will require the successful applicant to shift lead.

We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.
