It delivers supports across 15 one-bedroom apartments, providing 24-hour service for individuals with a wide range of complex needs. Apartments have been carefully configured to meet a variety of needs to support people now and in the future. Our supported living service provides a safe, secure and vibrant community for people with complex needs who want to live independently with personalised care designed for their needs.
We are currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Wellington Support Bewdley Grange based in Kidderminster.
