Senior Support Worker – Full Time | Chorley

Pay: £14.46 - £15.40ph per hour (dependent on experience)

Hours: 35–40 hours per week, day shifts

About the Role:

In this role, you’ll not only provide exceptional care to adults with a range of disabilities but also take a leadership role within the team, supporting and mentoring other support workers to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to adults with varying disabilities
