Forest Care Selection is currently working with a unique Learning Disabilities Charity. This charity delivers a variety of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability across the Andover and surrounding areas.

This unique provider is seeking a Support Supervisor to work within their well established supported living services in the Andover area.

Responsibilities
  • Work across the supported living services delivering support and providing supervision and training to the support team.
  • Maintain and update care and support plans.
  • Support in recruitment and the induction of new support colleagues.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Supervisory experience in a care or support setting
