• 1+ years of experience as a Support Worker.
• Experience handling complex needs and challenging behavior.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of support plans and risk assessments.
• Valid Driving Licence needed.

Responsibilities

• Line manage, mentor, and train Support Workers.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards.
• Conduct spot checks and quality assurance audits.
