Description

As an Senior IT Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our internal IT systems. You will be the first point of contact for resolving technical issues, providing efficient and effective support to colleagues across various departments. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd/3rd line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software systems
  • Assist with the setup of new user accounts, permissions, and passwords
  • Manage and resolve IT support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved promptly
  • Support remote users and ensure they have access to required systems
  • Work with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure for user management, virtual machines, and other services
  • Monitor and manage network infrastructure using Cisco Meraki, including switches, access points, and firewalls
  • Collaborate with the wider IT team to maintain system security and performance
  • Contribute to ongoing IT projects and system upgrades
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Proven experience in an IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
  • Familiarity with IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.)
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
