Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a senior Programme/Project Manager with a strong Supply Chain background to lead major programmes across a meat/food manufacturing network. You will own delivery across multiple sites, coordinating procurement, planning, logistics, operations and finance, and ensure benefits are realized for the business.

The role requires hands-on leadership to steer complex initiatives, recover at-risk projects and maintain tight governance and reporting to the Executive Team.

Qualifications

• Significant programme/project delivery experience in supply chain.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of supply chain in a complex operation.
• Proven track record delivering large, cross-functional programmes.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Ability to recover underperforming or delayed programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex supply chain projects from scope to implementation and benefit delivery.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans with milestones.
• Govern across multiple sites with clear governance and reporting.
• Coordinate with procurement, planning, logistics, operations and finance.
• Provide executives with progress, risks and intervention needs.
• Ensure programmes achieve initial operational and financial outcomes.
