We are looking for a Senior Supply Planner!

How You Will Make An Impact

As a Senior Supply Planner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain processes for pharmaceutical products, ensuring optimal inventory levels while meeting the demands of our global customer network. You will play a crucial role in forecasting, planning, and inventory management, including the efficient oversight of finished goods, semi-finished goods, raw materials, accessories, and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to support our commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare solutions

Key Responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales input to optimize supply planning activities.
  • Global Supply Management: Manage the supply of products to a diverse global network of customers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of finished goods, semi-finished goods, raw materials, and accessories to ensure availability and minimize excess stock and obsolescence.
  • CMO Management: Oversee relationships with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs), ensuring they meet quality standards, delivery timelines, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, sales, and marketing, to align supply plans with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for supply chain optimization and implement effective strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and manage relationships to support supply continuity.
  • System Management: Utilize supply chain management software to analyze and report on supply chain KPIs, generating actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards throughout the supply planning process.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on inventory levels, supply metrics, and forecasts to management, providing insights and recommendations for decision-making.
What We Are Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CIPS) is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, including experience managing CMOs and global supply chains.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in supply chain management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP is essential for forecasting and raising orders).
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel.

Knowledge: Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards, and best practices in supply chain management.
