Job summary

Magnera Corporation is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end supply chain operations at the Maldon site. You will lead planning, warehousing, logistics and customer service, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

You will build and execute the site supply chain strategy, champion Lean initiatives, develop a high-performing team and partner with manufacturing, procurement and commercial teams to deliver service improvements.

• Experience leading supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong planning, logistics and inventory management expertise.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset with Lean or Kaizen experience.
