Job summary

L&Q, one of the UK's leading housing associations and developers, invites you to join the Supply Chain Management Hub as a Senior Analysis & Efficiency Manager (Procurement Analyst). You will help create the CoE, shape data strategy, and deliver dashboards enabling better commercial decisions across Supply Chain, Procurement and the wider business.

You will turn spend and supplier data into actionable insights, develop KPIs, drive efficiencies and automation, and collaborate with Finance,

Qualifications

Substantial experience building supply chain analytics, dashboards and performance insights.
Strong capability across Excel and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with experience of e-buying/procurement systems.
Track record of using data to identify efficiencies, improve processes and turn complex information into clear, commercially focused recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of our new supply chain analytics and efficiency capability, creating the insight and tools that help us make better commercial decisions.
Build and develop KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting across Supply Chain.
Turn spend, supplier and operational data into clear, actionable insight.
Identify and track opportunities for savings, efficiencies, process improvement and automation.
Strengthen data quality, governance and assurance across the function.
Work across Procurement, Finance, Technology and operational teams to turn insight into action and embed better ways of working.
