Qualifications

• Experience in supplier quality engineering or similar environment.
• Lead Auditor ISO9001:2015 required or equivalent.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 and quality mgmt systems.
• Background in Supplier Quality/QA or Manufacturing Quality.
• Experience in regulated/high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier quality activities to ensure PO/contract conformance.
• Oversee supplier approvals, certifications, and capability requests.
• Manage nonconforming materials and drive root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain QA procedures for materials and processing.
• Audit third-party manufacturers and sub-tier suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Translate requirements into measurable supplier standards.
