Job summary

Compass Group UK&I ESS is recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of Defence operations on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week). The role offers progression within a company that invests in its people and rewards excellence.

Shifts are variable, and the contract runs to 50.2 weeks per year, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service in a Defence environment. You will supervise frontline teams, manage stock and rotas, and ensure compliance with food

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams within a similar environment.
• Good communication skills with a focus on great customer service.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team and creating a positive environment.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other duties as necessary.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain correct levels.
• Delegating where necessary and keeping the team proactive.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities May Include
