Senior Supervising Social Worker - Somerset & Devon

Salary: £41,208 + £1,500 OOH Rota Allowance + £750 Homeworking Allowance (£43,458)

Hours: 35 per week | Permanent | Flexible Working

Location: Homebased - within a reasonable distance of Somerset and Devon

Are you an experienced Supervising Social Worker looking to join an 'Outstanding' fostering service that truly values its people?

Hoop Social Work are working with the UK's largest 'not for profit' fostering agency, who put children and carers right at the heart of everything they do. This is a rare opportunity to join their trauma-informed fostering team covering Somerset and Devon. Specific current areas include Paignton, Yeovil, Holsworthy and Axbridge.

You'll be supporting a stable group of foster carers locally and joining a friendly, high-performing team who are proud of the difference they make. The service is homebased, with travel for visits, monthly team meetings in Bristol, and occasional wellbeing or team events.
