Job summary

A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking a Subsea Flexible Pipe Engineer to support project phases in engineering and design. The role involves approving contractor designs, overseeing manufacturing/testing, and providing offshore assistance during installations. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years in the Oil & Gas sector and 3 years in Unbonded Flexible Pipe design. Strong knowledge of industry standards and riser systems is essential, along with the ability to travel internationally for project needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry with at least 3 years in Unbonded Flexible Pipe.
• Willingness to undertake international travel.
• Good experience in preparation and review of design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve designs from contractors to ensure compliance with project objectives and standards.
• Monitor contractor performance for design, manufacturing, and testing activities.
• Act as site supervisor during flexible pipe manufacturing and testing.
• Provide offshore assistance during installation and pre-commissioning.
