Job summary

Pets at Home is seeking a Senior Dog Stylist/Groomer to join our busy salon in Stevenage. You’ll deliver high quality grooms while building strong relationships with pet owners and support and train junior team members to maintain high standards.

You’ll have at least 3 years of professional grooming experience, be confident in all grooming aspects, and hold a relevant qualification (or equivalent). You’ll aim to groom around 5 dogs per day depending on breed and size.

• At least 3 years of professional grooming experience.
• Confident in all grooming aspects and able to groom a variety of breeds.
• Hold a relevant grooming qualification (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

The Role

You’ll deliver high quality grooms while building great relationships with pet owners. As a Senior Stylist, you’ll also support and train junior team members, helping maintain high standards across the salon.

About You

You’ll have at least 3 years’ professional grooming experience, be confident in all aspects of grooming, and hold a relevant qualification (or equivalent experience). You’ll be customer-focused, a strong team player, and comfortable coaching and developing others, as well as able to confidently groom around 5 dogs per day (depending on breed and size).
