Job description

IMA is a creative agency that builds brands people want to be part of.

We’re looking for a highly organised and process-driven Senior Studio Coordinator to join our Studio Operations team. This role is essential for managing resource and administration across our busy department. If you are calm under pressure, excel at juggling multiple project deadlines, and have a positive, polite attitude, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll get from us
  • A chance to develop your career within an award-winning creative agency.

  • A values-led culture where your contribution is recognised and supported.

  • Ownership and variety from day one, with support from an experienced team.

  • The opportunity to manage workflow across multiple creative workstreams and time‑zones.

  • A highly collaborative environment, working closely with Studio and Agency wider teams.

The role

As a Senior Studio Coordinator, you will be responsible for the seamless coordination of studio workflow and resource management. You will act as the key link between stakeholders and the Creative and Production teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and potential risks are identified and resolved early.

What you’ll be doing
  • Scheduling daily resource based on changing priorities and communicating changes promptly and effectively.

  • Managing leave requests, which involves aligning allocated resources around approvals and negotiating with project stakeholders.

  • Managing freelance requirements and bookings.

  • Working closely with a wider team to schedule work.

  • Managing workflow across multiple creative workstreams, ensuring deadlines are met, and identifying potential risks early.

  • Escalating risks to the relevant head of team and advising applicable solutions when necessary.

What we’re looking for
  • Able to construct, develop, and manage complex project plans, from start to finish, across multiple time‑zones.

  • Understanding of an agency management/resource management/scheduling software system.

  • Highly organised and methodical.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Must be process-driven.
