We’re looking for a highly organised and process-driven Senior Studio Coordinator to join our Studio Operations team. This role is essential for managing resource and administration across our busy department. As a Senior Studio Coordinator, you will be responsible for the seamless coordination of studio workflow and resource management. You will act as the key link between stakeholders and the Creative and Production teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and potential risks are identified and resolved early.
Scheduling daily resource based on changing priorities and communicating changes promptly and effectively.
Managing leave requests, which involves aligning allocated resources around approvals and negotiating with project stakeholders.
Managing freelance requirements and bookings.
Working closely with a wider team to schedule work.
Managing workflow across multiple creative workstreams, ensuring deadlines are met, and identifying potential risks early.
Escalating risks to the relevant head of team and advising applicable solutions when necessary.
Able to construct, develop, and manage complex project plans, from start to finish, across multiple time‑zones.
Understanding of an agency management/resource management/scheduling software system.
Highly organised and methodical.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must be process-driven.
