Are you a Senior Structural Engineer looking to take the next step? Join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy delivering commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments across the UK. You’ll manage projects, guide design solutions, and collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead structural design across steel, concrete, masonry, and timber at all RIBA stages.
  • Produce high-quality calculations and drawings for building control and client submissions.
  • Collaborate with BIM/CAD teams to deliver coordinated, accurate designs.
  • Mentor junior engineers, supporting their professional development.
  • Manage projects to ensure quality, timelines, and budget compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and external consultants.
  • Contribute to practice development, proposals, and process improvements.
About You
  • 6+ years' UK structural engineering experience.
  • Near-Chartered or working towards Chartered status (IStructE/MICE).
  • Strong knowledge of UK codes and standards.
