Delta Capita in London is seeking a Structured Credit Middle Office professional to support Exotic Credit trading and structuring desks, providing trade management and first-line support across the full trade lifecycle. You will work with Front Office, Settlements and Risk teams in a global network.

The role offers exposure to CLNs, structured financing repos and credit derivatives, with interaction to senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with SPVs, repackaging and structured notes.
• Experience of T+1 trade validation against trade recaps, current market pricing and other independent sources.
• Lifecycle management experience across repos (including structured repos), CLNs, CLOs and SPVs.
• The ability to manage a high volume of bespoke queries and to understand where in the trade lifecycle these issues originate.
• Good knowledge of exotic derivative products, including booking and documentation.
• Sound understanding of the controls required throughout the trade lifecycle.
• A control mindset and a good understanding of operational risk.
• Strong numerical, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Organised and self-directed, taking ownership of their own time and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Review Front Office trade bookings against term sheets and trade blotters to ensure accuracy.
• Develop understanding of exotic product booking processes, valuation models and downstream interactions with confirmation and settlement systems.
• Manage the full trade lifecycle, including call events and triggers, structured note issuance and complex cashflow management.
• Provide end-to-end operational support to the Front Office in collaboration with settlements, valuations and reconciliations.
• Produce T0 P&L flash with risk-based attribution and commentary.
• Prepare and review daily trading activity reports for desks and senior stakeholders.
• Design and maintain controls and governance frameworks for bespoke structured products.
• Identify and close control gaps and communicate issues clearly.
• Build strong relationships with senior traders and cross-functional teams; coordниnte improvements across regions.
