Job summary

Walker Dendle Technical Limited, a Mainstream Hertfordshire consultancy, seeks a Senior Structural Engineer to join its expanding head-office. Candidates should be near or recently Chartered with IStructE and/or ICE and have strong design and project-delivery skills in developer-led residential schemes in load-bearing masonry or concrete-framed construction.

The role covers large phased residential developments across London and the South East, with project values up to £150 million.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be near or recently Chartered with IStructE and/or ICE.
• Experience in developer-led residential developments in load-bearing masonry or concrete-framed construction.
• Familiarity with fast-delivery projects with housebuilders.

Responsibilities

• Leading design and delivery of structural schemes for residential developments.
• Collaborating with architects, civil engineers and M&E teams.
• Overseeing project delivery from concept through to construction.
