Job summary

Civic is seeking a Senior Associate Engineer to lead structural design across residential, education and commercial projects. You will manage multi-project delivery, mentor engineers and collaborate with senior directors to grow the practice.

Ideal candidates are Chartered, with strong BD skills and a passion for sustainable design and people development within a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Chartered engineer with leadership and design experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and BD capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering design across projects.
• Coordinate production of drawings, reports and presentations.
• Manage project programmes, resources and budgets.
