Ideally you are a driven engineer with a few years of buildings design experience, capable of using Revit, and eager to progress toward Chartership under MIStructE guidance. The firm values growth and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• High-calibre structural engineer with several years of buildings design experience.
• Interest in running own projects and mentoring junior staff.
• Strong communication skills and ability to attract and manage clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple building design projects from concept to completion.
• Develop client relationships and ensure project milestones are met.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers within a small, collaborative practice.
