Qualifications

• MEng/BEng recognised by the Engineering Council with post‑graduate structural engineering experience.
• Chartered (or near chartered) and a member of IStructE or ICE.
• Excellent communication skills in English, including technical report writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead or sole designer for projects, from outline schemes to detailed design.
• Carry out structural analysis and Eurocode design with emphasis on economy and buildability.
• Oversee production of detailed drawings and check technical deliverables and reports.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians within the team.
• Conduct site surveys/inspections and present findings to clients.
