The Role

• Take the lead on a variety of projects - from complex reinstatement schemes to high-profile frameworks
• Work directly with clients, contractors, and design teams, building strong relationships along the way
• Deliver designs, inspections, and reports with both software and hand calculations
• Mentor junior colleagues and share technical expertise
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (CDM 2015, planning, listed buildings)
• Play a key part in business growth by representing the consultancy\'s services to clients

About You

• Degree qualified in Structural Engineering (MEng or equivalent)
• Experienced in a consultancy environment with exposure to varied projects
• Confident managing projects end-to-end, balancing budgets, deadlines, and quality
• Up-to-date with industry standards, legislation, and best practice
• Strong communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
