We engineer for the common good – from making dramatic improvements to the life of a town or a city, through to nurturing a new generation of exceptional technical and creative thinkers.
Engineering is often about the unseen, but we aim to reveal the hidden opportunities in every structure, making it work harder and uncovering new assets for our clients.
With more than twenty years in practice, we continue to be curious. We are no ordinary engineers. We are activists for a new kind of engineering profession, in which technical and creative thinking are combined, and in which our craft is re‑evaluated by clients and collaborators.
We are looking for a talented, forward‑thinking Senior Structural Engineer, with at least 5+ years of post‑graduate experience, including at least 1 year within the UK, who wants to make a difference. Ideally you’ll will have achieved or are working towards Chartership. We’d love you to have worked with timber and composites as well!
You’ll work on a diverse range of projects including high end commercial new build projects (such as Copyright Building), complex refurbishments of existing buildings (including Old War Office, The Ned and Bow Street Hotel), mass housing projects and masterplans (such as Harrington Place, Woking), school projects (including St John’s, Leatherhead) as well as architecturally challenging private residential projects (such as Anna & Ava House and CorTen House).
Alongside this, you’ll be part of a team who are always striving to do things better, not just technically but ethically, to positively impact the climate emergency. We are looking for like‑minded individuals who can help us continue to deliver these amazing projects and have a positive impact on society.
If, like us, you are interested in engineering a better society – and a better way of working – we would love to hear directly from you.
We welcome applications from everyone and value diversity in our workforce, highly competitive salaries plus extensive benefits and hybrid working.
